Stephen Gorman is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in technology delivery and service management. Currently serving as the Technology Delivery Lead Associate Director and ServiceNow PMO Lead for the North America West Region at Accenture since December 2018, Stephen focuses on delivering the ITSM tool, ServiceNow. Prior roles include Director of Engagement Assurance and Senior Practice Lead at ECCO Select, Program Manager at Sun Life Financial, and Senior Manager of Process Excellence at Accenture. Notably, Stephen held the office of President and Past President of the Kansas City Mid-America Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Stephen's career also encompasses significant project management positions at Bridgewater Systems, Paige Technologies, and Embarq.
