Sophie Xiao is an experienced professional in real estate and facility management, currently serving as a Real Estate Transaction Manager at Accenture since April 2020. Prior to this role, Sophie was a Senior Facility Manager at JLL from April 2018 to March 2020 and held various leadership positions at Accenture from August 2007 to 2018, including Greater China Workplace Lead and Greater China Real Estate Lead, focusing on real estate lease transactions and space strategy. Sophie's career began as a Center General Manager at Regus from August 2005 to July 2007, where responsibilities included sales and operations. Additionally, Sophie worked as a Project Coordinator at Tsinghua University International Technology Transfer Center, coordinating technology sourcing and organizing conferences. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
