Rutul Shah is a seasoned Salesforce professional with extensive experience in the Insurance and Finance domains. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Developer at Incapsulate since July 2023, Rutul previously held similar roles at Online Business Systems and incapsulate, focusing on solution design, administration, and configuration using various Salesforce technologies including CPQ, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud. Prior to these roles, Rutul was a Team Lead at Automation Anywhere, overseeing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, and held positions as a Salesforce System Developer/Admin. Early career experience included software engineering at Rishabh Software.
