Ravikanth Y is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in leadership and innovation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Technology Delivery Lead at Accenture since February 2023, Ravikanth leads the Sustainable Innovation PLM Practice and the development of GenAI and Innovation Lab, focusing on business development and solution offerings. Previously, Ravikanth held the position of Director at Cognizant, managing the Process Industries PLM Practice and enhancing SAP PLM capabilities. With an extensive tenure at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. as Practice Head, Ravikanth oversaw significant digital transformation programs and played a key role in shaping product and business strategies. Early career experiences include consulting at Spectrasoft Technologies, where Ravikanth improved client revenues and delivered ERP solutions, and roles at BILT and Grasim Industries that involved production planning and resource management. Ravikanth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Vikram University.
