Paula Francisca Fernandes currently serves as Technology Lead for Accenture Portugal and Managing Director of Accenture Technology, roles held since October 2023 and December 2020, respectively. With over 16 years of IT experience and more than 15 years specializing in SAP, Paula has successfully managed large-scale business transformations with budgets exceeding $60 million and has overseen individual contracts valued at over $50 million. Career highlights include leading a team of around 300 consultants across 10 countries while working with industry-leading clients. In addition to corporate roles, Paula has been an Invited Professor at NOVA IMS Information Management School, focusing on delivering digital innovation projects since November 2018. Academic qualifications include recent completion of a program on Deciding from the C-Suite at AESE Business School and a PADE program at the same institution. Prior work experience includes positions at Sonae Turismo and various roles at Accenture.
