Namrata Raina is an experienced Analytics Manager at Accenture in the Netherlands, with a strong background in workforce analytics and human capital management. Since joining Accenture in 2020, Namrata has progressed to the role of Manager in Accenture AI, after serving as an HR Analytics Consultant at Kincentric and Aon. Prior to these roles, Namrata was a Global Workforce Analytics Subject Matter Expert at Ericsson and held positions at CEB (now Gartner) as a Senior Quantitative Analyst and Lead Business Analyst at American Express. Namrata began a career in technology at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Namrata holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Finance from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Pune.
