Karan Mehra currently serves as the Sourcing and Catalogue Enablement Lead at Accenture, where responsibilities include managing a team of 7 to 10 transaction procurement associates and ensuring performance metrics are met or exceeded. Karan has also implemented innovative Rewards & Recognition activities to enhance team motivation. Prior experience includes working as an Operational Specialist at INB Vacations, focusing on vendor negotiation, management, and creation. Karan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision at Amity University and holds an Advance Diploma in Spanish Language from St. Stephen's College, as well as a degree in Economics from Delhi University. Karan completed early education at G.D. Birla Memorial School.
