Ginger Cooch is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sales Excellence Managing Director for the South Market Unit at Accenture since May 2020, where responsibilities include leading sales operations, analytics, and improvement initiatives to enhance client service. In addition, Ginger is a member of the Board of Directors for both the National Council for Adoption and HopeLink Behavioral Health, organizations focused on advocating for adoption and supporting individuals facing behavioral health challenges, respectively. Prior to the current role, Ginger held various leadership positions at Accenture from December 1996 to March 2020, including Sales Effectiveness Director and Business Consultant specializing in change management and talent development. Ginger holds a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.S. in Applied Psychology/Industrial & Organizational from Clemson University.
