Amy Wotring has held a variety of recruitment positions since 1999. Amy began their career as a Recruiter at Accentuate Staffing in 1999. In 2000, they moved to Accentuate Staffing, formerly ACC Staffing, as a Scientific/Clinical Recruiter. In 2013, they became a Senior Recruitment Manager at Compound Staffing, where they partnered with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to find the right candidate. Finally, in 2014, they returned to Accentuate Staffing as an Executive Recruitment Director, providing executive and senior scientific recruitment for various organizations and consulting with startup and growing organizations to find the right team.

Amy Wotring graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BBA).
