Liz McChrystal, Ph.D. has over 15 years of experience in the revenue enablement and sales enablement consulting space. Liz began their career in 2004 as a Post Doc Scholar at Florida Tech. In 2007, they joined Accent Technologies as a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager, where they were responsible for directing key account activity and growth, positioning critical business cases, and finalizing sales deals. Liz also led implementation and retention activities for assigned accounts and managed customer relationship needs. During their time at Accent Technologies, they were promoted to Vice President of Revenue Enablement Consulting and then to Director of Sales Enablement Consulting. In this role, they continuously supported customers to enhance business efficiencies and improve key sales performance metrics, resulting in a 10% improvement in rep selling time, 25% reduction in material preparation time, unused materials reduction of up to 70%, and an increased awareness of sales support materials. Liz was also recognized as a key contributor to a client program that received the ‘Sales Enablement Program of the Year Award’ by Sirius Decision in 2016. Additionally, Liz was promoted to Director of Professional Services, where they managed a cross-functional team of relationship managers, identified new growth opportunities, and led market research efforts. Liz maintained a 95% customer retention rate and 86% team retention rate.
Liz McChrystal, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Florida.
