Michał Bańka Ph.D is an accomplished entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in the fields of start-up development and economic management. Serving as the (ex) CEO and Co-founder of Accelpoint since April 2018, Michał has also held the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Energa Invest SA since 2016. In academia, Michał lectures at prominent institutions, including the Warsaw University of Technology and previously at the University of Warsaw. Michał was the Director of the Department of Start-ups Development at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development from 2008 to 2016, contributing significantly to the early-stage investment ecosystem in Poland. Michał's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Economics from Warsaw University of Technology and further studies in entrepreneurship at Stanford University.
