Fabian Schmahl serves as the Managing Partner at Bold Promises Delivered LLC, a midwestern investment firm focused on manufacturing and renewable energy sectors since February 2022. Concurrently, Fabian holds the role of Partner and Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science, teaching a Master's course on Industry 4.0/5 since June 2023. Additionally, Fabian is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Accelevation LLC, a company specializing in manufacturing for data centers, electric vehicles, and robotics, also engaged in May 2022. Previously, Fabian was President & CEO of BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers from April 2008 to April 2022, where achievements included elevating the company's reputation as a Tier 1 supplier in suspension technology. Early in the career, Fabian served as Executive Vice President at HF MIXING GROUP from 2003 to 2008 and held various roles at Henschel America, Inc. from 1997 to 2003. Fabian earned a Dipl.Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Clausthal and participated in a student research project at Universidad de Zaragoza in Ingeniería Mecánica.
