Michael Thao is a skilled professional with experience in UX design, content writing, and chatbot development. Currently serving as a Chatbot Builder at Accelerate Change Network since April 2023, Michael previously honed UX research and design capabilities at Prime Digital Academy, where involvement in the immersive program included a project focused on developing an art exploration app called Wonder Wander. Earlier roles include content writing for Geek'd Out and Rogues Portal, as well as managing logistics for Loffler Companies. Michael holds a User Experience Design Certification from Prime Digital Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Minnesota.
