Thiru Subramaniam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades, with roles in various positions and companies. Thiru'smost recent role was as the Director of Customer Success at Acceldata, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Privacera from February 2020 to May 2023.
Before entering the customer success field, Thiru worked at HSBC as a Lead Cloud Architect from August 2017 to February 2020. Thiru then joined Deutsche Bank in October 2015 as a Lead BigData Architect, where they were responsible for architecting the big data platform for Global Transaction Banking.
Thiru's experience also includes working at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Front Office Equity Java Developer from August 2011 to December 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Payments Solution Architect at Misys Banking Systems from March 2008 to August 2011.
Thiru's early career included roles at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an IT analyst from June 2005 to February 2008 and as an Assistant System Engineer from October 2003 to June 2005. During their time at Tata Consultancy Services, they were involved in various projects, including the development of a Point of Sale System for AT&T's Direct Marketing Direct Response department and the development of Corporate Online Bill Reporting and Analysis for Rogers Wireless in Canada.
Thiru Subramaniam's education history includes various degrees and programs from different institutions. Thiru obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy from 1999 to 2003. Thiru then pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the same institution from 2001 to 2004.
Subramaniam furthered their education by attending the General Management Program at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2010. In 2015, they participated in the China Strategy and Marketing Program at Fudan University.
From 2018 to 2019, Subramaniam studied at Harvard University, where they earned a Master's degree in Management. During this time, they also took a course at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health called "Leadership Strategies for Information Technology in Health Care." Thiru later participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2019.
In addition to their degrees and programs, Subramaniam has obtained several certifications. Thiru became a Certified Java Programmer in September 2004 and later earned certifications from Sun Microsystems, including Certified Web Component Developer in March 2005, Certified Business Component Developer in April 2005, and Certified Enterprise Architect in July 2006. Thiru also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2014.
