Arif Khoirudin has had a varied career in software engineering and system administration. From 2017 to present, they have worked as a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at AccelByte Inc. In this role, they have led SRE/DevSecOps teams, managed 24/7 on-call teams, designed and implemented network infrastructure, managed scalable Kubernetes deployments, maintained deployment iterations, and led service mesh implementation, among other tasks. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Backend (Core Service) Developer and System Administrator at Catfiz Messenger, where they built the core service of the messaging platform and dealt with lots of microservices. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Intern at Equnix Business Solutions, PT., where they managed PostgreSQL databases, learned networking fundamentals and TCP/IP hacking, and developed a system for Transmart Indonesia.

Arif Khoirudin attended SMA N 8 Yogyakarta from 2010 to 2013. Arif then attended Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya from 2013 to 2016, earning a degree in Telematics and Computer Engineering. Arif also holds an edX Certificate for Introduction to Linux.
