Matthew Roddy is an experienced consultant currently working with Roddy Consulting and Accel Inc. since June 2017, while also serving as the Manager of Store Design & Sourcing at L Brands since March 2016, overseeing a team focused on construction resource management for international Victoria's Secret stores. Previously, Matthew held the position of Senior Operations Planner for L Brands Giftsets, managing SAP movements and demand planning, and worked as a Production Accountant at Enron Energy Service, where inventory accuracy was essential. Matthew’s career began at Advance Underwriting Ltd, progressing through various accounting roles including Controller, and culminated in a solid educational foundation with dual Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Ohio Dominican College and Ohio Dominican University.
