Matthew Baars currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Accanto Health since November 2023. Previously, Matthew held dual roles as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at both Veritas Collaborative, LLC and The Emily Program from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior to this, Matthew operated as an Independent Business Owner at Iron Raven Photography LLC from 2018 to October 2021 and worked as a Recruiter and Case Manager at Peak Wellness Center from January 2019 to April 2021. Matthew gained experience as an Assistant Manager at Investment Development Corporation (Storage Partners) from October 2017 to October 2018 and as a Public Safety Officer at Bellevue College from October 2008 to September 2016. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington and has education from Bellevue College.
