Jeff Maconaghy currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at STARability Foundation since March 2021, focusing on improving the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, Jeff holds the position of Agency President at AssuredPartners and has been a referee for the Atlantic Coast Conference since May 2016, as well as for the BIG EAST Conference from May 2004 to March 2016. Jeff's earlier career includes roles as President at Encompass Risk Solutions, Partner & Producer at KCI Insurance Agency, Inc., Vice President & Producer at ECBM, and Account Executive at Alexander & Alexander. Jeff earned a degree in Risk Management & Business Law from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management between 1988 and 1992.
