Rafayel Sargsyan has extensive experience in the field of law and banking, holding various leadership roles at Acba bank OJSC since January 2012, including Chairman of the Board, Head of Legal Department, and Head of Legal Division. Prior to this, Rafayel worked as a lawyer at ACBA-Credit Agricole. Additionally, from September 2008 to March 2022, Rafayel served as a lecturer at Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from Yerevan State University (2003-2005), a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law from Russian-Armenian University (2005-2008), and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Yerevan State University (1999-2003).
