Jennifer Dollard started their work experience in 2012 at Today FM, where they worked as a Researcher from December 2012 to June 2014 and then as a Producer from June 2014 to January 2019. Jennifer then joined Acast in February 2019 as a Content Development Manager until October 2020. From October 2020 to May 2021, they served as a Senior Content Development Manager at Acast. Currently, they hold the position of Content Director at Acast, starting from June 2021.

Jennifer Dollard completed a BA (Hons) Media Production Management degree at Dublin City University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Creative Media Production (Radio) at Ballyfermot College of Further Education from 2012 to 2014.
