Becky Howell, M.A., MBA has extensive experience in the field of clinical research and operations. Becky is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Clinical Operations at the same company from November 2018 to March 2021. Before joining Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc., Becky worked as the Sr. Clinical Research Manager at the company from October 2016 to November 2018.

Before their time at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc., Becky was a Clinical Research Manager at Integra LifeSciences from February 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Clinical Research Associate- In-house at Novo Nordisk from January 2014 to February 2015.

Becky's earlier career includes the role of Director of Research at Cutting Edge Research from June 2005 to September 2013. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Lynn Health Science Institute from June 2002 to June 2005. Their work experience also includes serving as the Executive Director of Clinical Research at Pahl Brain Associates from July 1995 to June 2002. Becky Howell, M.A., MBA has a strong educational background in the fields of business administration, management, counseling psychology, and psychology. Becky completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma City University, completing their studies in 1998. In the same year, Becky obtained a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Building on their qualifications, they then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Oklahoma Christian University in 2002.
