Lee Dubois began their work experience as a Corporate Implementation Specialist at Orlando Health in 2011. From there, they moved on to Tenet Healthcare in 2014, starting as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and later becoming the National Director of Strategic Sourcing. In 2019, Lee joined Acadia Healthcare as the Vice President of Procurement.

Lee Dubois holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
