Mark is a highly experienced consultant in the research, communications, and strategy. He works primarily for government and not-for-profit organizations in the UK and globally, using research and evidence to deliver informed decision-making and change.

He has a great deal of experience working on projects to support learners and young people, including for the Department for Education in the UK and UNICEF internationally.

He is the Executive Director of the Magna Carta Trust and was awarded the BEM in 2017 in recognition of the successful delivery of the 800th-anniversary events to commemorate the 1215 sealing of the Magna Carta.
