Jerry Peterson has extensive experience in customer success management and education, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at HP since April 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing deal P&L performance and collaborating with sales on business plans. Concurrently, Jerry has been an Adjunct English Language Arts Instructor at the Academy of Hope Adult PCS since July 2019, focusing on student progress assessment and curriculum adaptation. Previous roles include Consumer Services Specialist at the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia, Program Support Specialist at the D.C. Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs, and various administrative positions across notable organizations. Jerry holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of the District of Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Health Services Management from Norfolk State University.
