Cynthia Espinosa currently serves as Secrétaire générale adjointe and Directrice de cabinet de la Rectrice at ACADEMIE DE BORDEAUX since October 2020, after previously working as Conseillère réforme territoriale for the Région académique Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Prior to these roles, Cynthia held the position of Directrice de l'amélioration continue at Université de Bordeaux for nearly eleven years, focusing on modernization efforts within higher education, and contributed as an internal consultant in organizational development and continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes roles in quality assurance and quality management in various organizations including Parfums Givenchy and Centre Génomique Fonctionnelle Bordeaux. Cynthia holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Biotechnologie from ENSTBB Bordeaux INP and a DEUG in Biochemistry from Université de Bordeaux.
