Tania Silva is an experienced professional currently serving as a member of the Diversity on Boards' Women's Group since September 2023, and holds the position of Director of Delivery & Projects at MIGNOW, also initiated in June 2023. Tania is an active member of the IT & Cybersecurity Thematic Committee at Board Academy Br since March 2023, focusing on guiding companies in technology decision-making. Additionally, Tania is involved with the Board Club since July 2022, promoting corporate governance through networking and knowledge exchange. As an Honor Executive at Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão since September 2022, Tania participates in a literary project alongside other leaders. Tania previously held various senior management roles in SAP consulting at several firms, culminating in an impressive career trajectory. Educationally, Tania holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from UC Irvine, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, and a Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing from FAAP, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate MBA in ESG Leadership and Innovation from FAAP.
