Jade Kinsella is a seasoned Global Operations Director at Acacium Group since January 2022, where responsibilities include driving integrated operations and people strategies across a Global Life Sciences business, focusing on growth and employee experience. As a member of the Life Sciences Board of Directors, Jade leads the development and implementation of business strategies, operational setups in new territories, and best practice adoption. Prior experience includes serving as Global Head of HR at Proclinical Group, where Jade managed the global people strategy from April 2015 to August 2022, and HR Manager at ProClinical from August 2009 to April 2015. Early career was marked by an office management role at Supply Chain Selection. Jade holds a CIPD qualification and is an alumna of Maria Fidelis Convent School for Girls.
