Gaelle Adams is an experienced consultant currently working at Abylsen since March 2022, specializing in client services. Prior to this role, Gaelle served as a Customer Care Specialist at Lydia from July 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included addressing customer inquiries and reporting bugs to technical teams. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistance Manager at Allianz Worldwide Partners, assisting beneficiaries and coordinating services, and as a Customer Service and Operations Assistant at Wishibam, handling order management and customer satisfaction. Gaelle holds a Master's degree in Languages and Business Management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and has also studied translation and interpretation at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, as well as obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages from Université Grenoble Alpes.
