Ajay Krishnan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations and roles. Currently serving in Human Resources at AD Ports Group since March 2024, Ajay previously held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Human Resources at ALUCOR from April 2023 to March 2024. A significant portion of Ajay's career was spent at Hutchison Ports, where roles included Sr. HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Assoc. HR Business Partner from October 2014 to March 2023. Earlier experiences include senior HR roles at the Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation and Gala Coral Group, as well as operational management positions at CJ Lang & Son Limited and Videocon Industries Ltd. Ajay holds a Master of Science in International Business and HR from Robert Gordon University and an MBA in HR and Systems from Bharathiar University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University. Ajay is also certified as a SHRM - SCP, PMP®, and ACIPD.
