Mir Saqib possesses extensive experience in management information systems and financial strategy, currently serving as the MIS & Systems Manager at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since June 2017, where responsibilities include achieving provisioning targets for retail and real estate portfolios while maintaining budgetary compliance. Previously, Mir held the position of Strategy & MIS Manager at ADIB, focusing on managing portfolios and minimizing net credit losses. Prior experience includes roles at Commercial Bank International as MIS Manager, where efforts concentrated on reducing non-performing loan ratios, and at Mashreq Bank as MIS Assistant Manager, leading the MIS team in reporting and automation of collections processes. Additional experience ranges from technical and software engineering roles at Orange Business Solutions, Continental Software Solutions, and Perpetual Power Technologies. Mir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar, an MBA in Finance from MS University India, and an IBM certification in E-Business Application Development.
