Mohamad AlRisheq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, digital strategy, and performance analysis within governmental organizations. Currently, as a Change Management Expert at Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), Mohamad conducts impact analyses and implements comprehensive change management plans. Previously, as a Senior Specialist at the Road & Transport Authority, responsibilities included formulating digital strategies and governance frameworks. At Digital Dubai, leadership in strategic projects involved managing digital services testing and developing performance KPIs. Earlier roles at SAAED and NAFFCO FZCO focused on managing strategic projects and supervising maintenance operations.
