Jorge Leyva has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing, functional analysis, and IT support. Jorge started their career at Empresa Electrica in 2014, where they worked as an IT Department Specialist and Support, actively participating in internal projects and implementing test plans. In 2018, they joined Front10 as a QA Tester, collaborating with stakeholders and the development team, designing use cases and test cases, and contributing to the construction of the System Test Plan. In 2019, Jorge joined Practia Uruguay as a Functional Analyst for Telef贸nica Movistar, where they created and modified offers and promotions. Currently, they are working as a Software Tester SSr at Abstracta.

Jorge Leyva has a diverse education history. Jorge obtained a Licenciatura degree in Derecho from the University of Holgu铆n, which they pursued from 2002 to 2007. In 2010 to 2012, they attended Escuela de Comercio and earned a degree in Administraci贸n Integral y Direcci贸n, with a focus on administration and business management. Most recently, from 2017 to 2019, Jorge studied Software Testing at Escuela T茅cnica General. Jorge gained knowledge in Manual Systems Testing, Test Automation, and Agile Methodologies during this program.

In addition to their formal education, Jorge Leyva has acquired several certifications. Jorge obtained the "Introduction to Postman" certification from Abstracta in April 2023. In July 2020, they earned the "EF Standard English Test (EF SET)" certification from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) and the "Fundamentals Software Testing Certified" certification from aics | Asociaci贸n Internacional de Calidad de Software. In June and August 2020, Jorge received two Scrum Foundation Professional Certificates, one in Spanish and one from CertiProf.
