Tomislav Crnkovic has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tomislav started their career at Emerson Process Management, where they worked in facilities management from September 2000 to August 2002. Tomislav then moved on to Axe Music, where they served as an Assistant Manager from October 2005 to November 2013. In 2011, they worked as a Producer/Engineer at Perfect Fifth Studios until December 2015. From November 2013 to March 2018, Tomislav was an IT Manager at Joe Media Group. Tomislav then joined Absorb Software as a Client Success Manager in March 2018. In April 2020, Tomislav was promoted to the role of Team Lead - Client Success at Absorb Software. Throughout their time at Absorb Software, they managed client portfolios, provided training and support, developed client integrations, built client relationships, onboarded new clients, and conducted Salesforce and Gainsight operations. Additionally, Tomislav has also pursued their passion for music as a lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for Viathyn.

Tomislav Crnkovic attended the University of Calgary from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Computer Science. Tomislav later enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2003 to 2005, focusing on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
