Lynn Phillips, CEC, is a Certified Executive Coach currently employed at Be Awesome Today since July 2021 and also serves as a Certified Trainer at Absolute Results since February 2016. With extensive experience in the automotive and financial services sectors, Lynn has held various managerial roles, including Financial Services Manager at West Coast Ford Lincoln, Burrard Acura, Regency Volkswagen, and Lougheed Acura, as well as Business Manager at Vancouver Mitsubishi. Earlier in the career, Lynn worked as a Mortgage Professional at Origin Home Financial Partners and Dominion Lending Centres Inc. Lynn holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and has completed business education at UBC Sauder School of Business and Camosun College.
