Shamik Nanoo currently serves as the Head of Service Management at Absa Group, a position held since January 2015. In this role, Shamik is responsible for Technology Service Delivery Management. Prior to this, Shamik was the Service Delivery Lead at Absa, overseeing a team of delivery managers to ensure the effective delivery and availability of services for the Retail Business Bank sector. Shamik's career began at the South African Post Office, where a managerial role focused on Server Management (UNIX & Wintel) spanned from May 1991 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include attendance at Wits Business School in 2009 and completion of studies at Nirvana Secondary School from 1986 to 1991.
