Pragashani Reddy has a substantial background in the banking sector, having held executive roles at Absa Group as the Executive Director of Digital for Business Banking and at Standard Bank South Africa as the Executive Head of Technology and Digital Enablement for Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as the Head of Transactional Banking Sales. Prior experience at Nedbank included positions such as Head of Business Development, Senior Manager for Strategy and Operations, and Senior Product Manager, among others, demonstrating expertise in banking operations and digital solutions.
