Estela Perez is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavior analysis and education. Currently serving as the Lead Registered Behavior Technician at ABS Kids since July 2022, Estela implements various evidence-based methodologies, including PECS, DTT, and NET, while observing and documenting client behaviors for children aged 3-15. Prior experience includes working as a Psychometrist at Tanner Clinic, where Estela administered neuropsychological tests for patients with diverse disorders and generated detailed reports. Estela has also contributed to the educational field as a Special Education Secretary and Paraprofessional at Greenwood Charter School, facilitating communication between the school and families, managing IEP meetings, and providing classroom support. With a Master of Arts in Special Education focused on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Weber State University, Estela possesses a strong academic foundation to complement practical expertise.
