Michelle Lucci, CSS, CRCM, is a seasoned regulatory compliance professional with extensive experience in BSA/AML/CFT and consumer compliance. Currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Director at Abrigo since August 2008, Michelle oversees the development and implementation of the FinCrime compliance program and collaborates with product teams to ensure software adheres to regulatory standards. Prior to Abrigo, Michelle served as Vice President and Compliance Officer at Valrico State Bank, managing BSA and OFAC programs. Earlier roles included Assistant Vice President and Financial Analyst at Citigroup, and dual roles as a Safety and Soundness Examiner and Compliance Examiner at the FDIC. Michelle holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgian Court University.
