Aléa Fiszpan is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2003, Aléa has served as the HR & Communication Director at Wilson Sons and has been a Board Member at ABRH-RJ since January 2018. Prior roles include HR Manager at Contax, HR Coordinator at Fininvest, HR Analyst at Claro, and HR Analyst at Xerox, where Aléa gained expertise in recruitment, selection, training, and performance metrics. Aléa holds an MBA in Management from COPPEAD UFRJ and completed a management course at INSEAD in 2012, along with education from UC San Diego and the Esalen Institute.
