Tracey Hahn is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at abrdn since August 2021, Tracey previously held the position of Group HR Director at ReAssure and at Old Mutual Wealth, where contributions were made to transform the wealth business, significantly increasing its value. Tracey's career also includes notable roles at Merrill Lynch as Managing Director and Regional Head of HR EMEA, as well as Global Head of HR for Fixed Income in New York. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Manager at Cable and Wireless. Tracey holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Development from London South Bank University.
