Sandeep Milar is the current Advisor at Above Data and was the Global Head of Data Products - Go To Market at Visa from April 2013 to April 2021. At Visa, Sandeep led all aspects of go to market for Visa's Data products globally, including active P&L management, Sales/BD, operations, client success, product marketing and partnerships. Sandeep worked closely with regional leadership and teams to roll out and manage suite of data products, providing a framework and systematic way to drive sales, client retention, usage, build awareness through pinpoint product marketing and partnerships to expand Visa's footprint.

During their time at Visa, Sandeep launched Visa Advertising solutions, growing revenue by 10X and adoption 1000s of advertisers. Sandeep also built a go to market approach including specialized sales, product marketing, operations, client success, training and partnerships. Additionally, Sandeep managed revenue and expenses budgets and forecasts across all 5 regions. Their team spanned 10+ locations across all 5 continents. Sandeep was also responsible for the global press release of new product launch including being on panels in large industry events. Finally, they managed changes related to GDPR and CCPA.

Sandeep Milar has a MBA in General Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
