Virg Villanueva, CPP®, has extensive experience in human resources with a focus on payroll processing, recruitment, and employee engagement. Currently serving as an Officer for Payroll and Talent Systems at Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. since November 2016, Virg is responsible for managing payroll and statutory benefits. Prior roles include HR Executive at Aster DM Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed manual payroll processing, recruitment activities, and employee engagement events, and HR Generalist at SM Lifestyle Entertainment, Inc., focusing on payroll, employee discipline, and recruitment. Virg has also worked as an HR Helpdesk professional at HRMall, Inc. and as a Training and OD Intern at St. Luke's Medical Center. Virg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
