Sophia Sian is a Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement Specialist at Aboitiz Group since August 2023, having previously served as an Employer Brand and Talent Attraction Specialist. Prior experience includes holding the position of Talent Acquisition Officer at CloudEats from November 2022 to August 2023, and serving as a Recruiter at Shopee from September 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for various divisions including Corporate IT and ShopeePay. Earlier roles include a Recruitment Intern at Dashlabs.ai in 2021 and a Recruitment Intern at Pru Life UK, where a 200-hour internship was completed.
