Reynaldo Marquez Jr., CEM, FMVA, is an accomplished Transformation Manager at Aboitiz Group, responsible for guiding strategic planning and operational risk management for top executives, as well as leading value-exploration projects and coaching agile teams. As the founder of Hiraya, an initiative focused on synthetic biology applications for sustainability, Reynaldo has engaged with global executives in energy and climate tech. Previously, Reynaldo served as Engineering Manager at Pilmico, where contributions included establishing an engineering team and managing several capital investment projects.
