Alberto Gallego is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Battery Storage and Hybrid Energy at ABO Energy since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as the Country Manager for Deutschland at Grenergy Renovables from August 2022 to October 2023 and held positions in project development at SMA Sunbelt Energy GmbH and Tesla, where responsibilities included battery storage and sales engineering. Alberto's career also includes senior sales engineering at Younicos, project development in hybrid energy solutions, product management at skytron energy GmbH & Co. KG, and project management in solar energy at Renewables Academy. Alberto's background is supported by a strong educational foundation, including a Master of Science in Solar Energy Technology from Technische Universität Berlin, an MBA from Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology, and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade de Vigo.
