Sarah Lihan, OLY, serves as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations at Abnormal Security since June 2022, after previously holding the position of Strategic Program Manager. Concurrently, Sarah is a performance executive coach at Valor Performance, Inc., where a 100% client satisfaction rate has been maintained through coaching leaders from prominent organizations such as Oracle and Harvard. Past roles include Program Manager at Spin (Ford Mobility), Regional Operations Manager at Lyft, and Executive Director at Gulf Coast Youth Sailing Association, where substantial growth and operational success were achieved. Sarah’s athletic career includes competing as an Olympic sailor for the United States, ranking first globally, and obtaining five medals at the Sailing World Cup Series. Academically, Sarah holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA from Yale University in Psychology and American Studies.
