Romy Lucas currently serves in the CFO office at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since November 2015, focusing on internal communication and business management for the Finance division, which comprises 1400 FTEs across various locations, as well as organizing bank-wide events for 18,000 FTEs and managing public relations for the group CFO. Additionally, Romy operates as an independent advisor and sales professional while also working as an artist. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Sales Representative at Eneco from 2002 to 2009. Romy holds multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt, and has completed various finance-related courses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Commercial Economics from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam and earlier education at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
