Koen Adolfs is an experienced professional with a strong background in banking, innovation, and technology. Currently serving as the Lead API Portfolio within the Future Customer & Payments Domain at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Koen is responsible for defining strategies related to API First, Modular Front-End, and Embedded Finance. Previous roles include Lead Product Owner for Open Banking & Enterprise Integration Technology, Senior Business Advisor, and Program Officer. Koen has also contributed as a Mentor for the Future of Finance Accelerator in collaboration with Techstars and has acted as a Guest Lecturer at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, focusing on Open Banking Studies. As a co-founder of Beyond Banking, Koen has been pivotal in challenging conventional finance paradigms and fostering innovation within the industry. Koen's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from Radboud University.
