Chris Landon

Clinical Advisory Board Member at ABM Respiratory Care

Dr. Chris Landon is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology with a medical degree from the University of Southern California. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics, a Director of the Pediatric Diagnostic Center, Director Of Pediatrics at the UCLA affiliated Family Medicine Residency, Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at UCLA and Clinical Associate Professor of Optometry at Western University.

Dr. Landon is actively involved in medical diagnosis and teaching, utilizing telemedicine for three decades. Funded through USDA and Blue Cross rural telemedicine grants, he oversees the California Telehealth Network implementation and the Hospital Escuela implementation in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He established a telemedicine teaching program for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training program at California State University Long Beach and a tele-ophthalmology service with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He also serves as a Strategic Director of Telehealth for the Intelligent Health Association (IHA).

Dr. Landon created a nonprofit corporation, The Landon Pediatric Foundation, benefiting the health of underserved children. The services provided by the foundation includes; medical services, medical education, support of recreational activities, and research leading to healthy eating and active living.
