Jennifer Miller is an accomplished communications professional with over two decades of experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Lead at ABM Industries since January 2018, Jennifer has spearheaded COVID-19 crisis communications and provides strategic communication support for the Aviation and Education Industry Groups. Prior roles include Communications Partner at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed executive communications for the Chief Administration Officer, and Communications Manager at McKesson, where Jennifer was promoted for exemplary work in project management and strategic communications. At Emory Healthcare, Jennifer successfully united a diverse workforce through a comprehensive communications effort. Jennifer began a career in public relations with Jack & Associates, developing award-winning campaigns, and started as a staff writer with the Marietta Daily Journal. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from St. Andrews University.
